2022 Summer School Application
If you would like to attend this year's summer school, please complete this application. Priority for classes is determined first by grade level and need, and then by submission date. Current 12th graders get first priority, current 11th graders get second priority, and so on.
Please complete this form immediately and no later than May 6, 2022. Submission of this form does not guarantee enrollment in a course. Final course offerings will be determined by enrollment, needs and teacher availability. You will be notified of your enrollment via email before the end of the month.
Dates for 1st Semester are from June 20th - July 6th.
No School on Monday, July 4th.
Dates for 2nd Semester are from July 7th - July 22nd.
You will be notified if there are any date changes.
NOTE: Students taking an accelerated course over the summer are required to enroll in the next sequential course for the 2022-2023 school year.
