Request your transcript online! Request, send, and store your transcripts in one place. Applying to college can be tough, but ordering your transcript doesn’t have to be. Use Parchment.com to make it easier to manage your transcripts.Request
Request your transcript through Parchment.com:
- Sign in or sign up at Parchment.com (click the "Request my Transcript" button below) so you can manage your transcripts
- Select your high school and we’ll save it to your account
- Enter your enrollment information so we can help locate your transcript
Send
Once you request your transcript Parchment.com can deliver it to any destination worldwide.
- Select a destination. Anywhere: colleges, scholarship funds, etc.
- Confirm your delivery details just to make sure
Store
Keep your transcripts in one secure place where they can be viewed, delivered, or deleted.
- Store a copy of your "Selfview Transcript" so you can always access it yourself
- Deliver your latest transcript by sending an official copy of your updated transcript to any destination: academic, NCAA, yourself, etc.
- Track the status of your order by checking the order status of your recent transcript requests. View, delete, or update your "Selfview Transcript."

PROCESSING TIME: see which option is best for you.
1. You can come to our site and complete the form, have a picture ID. We will do our best to complete your request in a timely manner.
2. You can mail in your request, with a copy of your picture ID.
Mailed request will be processed the day of receipt.

If we are unable to locate transcript, there is a 72-hour delay. We will contact you if there is a situation.
Phone request, messages left on voice mail, fax or emails for a transcript requests will not be processed.
If we are unable to locate transcript, there is a 6 day turn around to locate the hard copy. We will contact you if this is the case.
Please note that students are responsible for reporting SAT/ACT scores to Colleges.
Paper request forms will be destroyed at the end of the fiscal year.

If you need a duplicate diploma, please contact Mike and Monica Rabago, The Grad Company

School Name
Name of time of graduation
Year of Graduation
Your date of birth
Street address of where duplicate will be mail it.
Your phone number
A copy of your photo I. D.

Verification will be completed by the Mt. Pleasant High School High School's Registrar.
***Orders typically will take 10 business days. Diploma will be mailed directly to Alumni.
Your official transcript is your official document of proof of graduation.
