INTRA or INTER District Transfer
Inter-District Transfer Application Process: This form is available at the District Office, Student Services Department. This type of transfer is between East Side Union High School District and Home Districts (i.e. San Jose Unified, Milpitas Unified, Morgan Hill Unified School District, etc.)
An inter-district transfer is a transfer between the East Side Union High School District and another district (i.e. San Jose Unified, Milpitas Unified, Morgan Hill Unified School District, etc). Click here to complete an Interdistrict transfer application.

If you live in an option area, you may elect to attend EVHS by completing the Option Area form. Be advised there is a waitlist. After completion, you must also complete the Online Registration.

WITHDRAW
Visit the Registrar office for the withdraw form.
Check out from the following offices
- BOOKROOM
- Return all books
- Chrome book
- BANK (if applicable)
- Empty red locker & return lock to bank,
- PE (if applicable)
- Empty PE Locker.
- Check out with teachers for current grade use the withdraw form
Return Form to the Registrar’s Office...
- Parents or guardians must be present to sign the withdrawal forms with the Registrar.
A copy of the withdrawal forms will be given to the parent/guardian to assist with the enrollment at the new school.
