Mt. Pleasant Dance Rules
- All students entering the dance must carry a student ID card or valid driver's license.
- Students must get dance passes two days before the dance. There will be no ticket sales at the door.
- Dances are primarily for Mt. Pleasant Students. All guests must meet with the Associate Principal at least two days before the dance.
- Head coverings are not allowed (hats, etc.)
- No in & out privileges.
- The spinning of light sticks is not permitted.
- Backpacks and bags are not allowed.
- The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Any student appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed into the dance, will be reported to SJPD, and will have his/her parents notified.
- All purses and pockets are subject to search.
- No student will be allowed to enter one hour after the dance starts.
- Lewd or sexually suggestive dancing is prohibited. Violators will be escorted from the dance and arents will be notified concernin the behavior.
- All school rules apply to the students and their guests.
Attire: Please remember that this is a school function and wardrobe
should honor this type of occasion. All attire will be subject to
gdministrgtiye approval upon admittance.

Reglas para los bailes de la preparatoria Mt. Pleasant
- Todos los estudiantes que asistan a los bailes deben presentar su identificaci6n de la escuela o una licencia de conducir.
- Los estudiantes deben comprar los boletos para el baile con mfnimo dos dfas de anticipaci6n. No se venderan boletos en la puerta el dfa del baile.
- Los bailes escolares son principalmente para los estudiantes de Mt. Pleasant. Todos los estudiantes invitados que no asistan a esta preparatoria deben presentarse ante el vice-director con mfnimo dos dfas de anticipaci6n.
- No se permitira ningun tipo de cobertura en la cabeza (cachuchas, sombreros, etc.)\
- No se permitira que los estudiantes entren y salgan de los bailes.
- No se permitira luces luminosas de ninguna especie durante los bailes.
- No se permitiran mochilas ni bolsos en los bailes.
- La escuela no es responsable par artfculos que se pierdan o sean robados durante las bailes.
- Si algun estudiante parece estar bajo la influencia de alcohol o drogas no se le permitira entrar al baile, sera reportado a la policf a de San Jose, y se notificara a sus padres inmediatamente.
- Durante las bailes es posible que se revisen balsas y bolsillos.
- Despues de una hara del comienzo del baile, se cerraran las puertas y no se dejara entrar tarde a nadie.
- Bailes indecentes o sugestivos sexualmente estan prohibidos. Los estudiantes que se comporten de manera inapropiada seran sacados del bailey se llamara a sus padres.
- Todas las reglas escolares son aplicables a los estudiantes de Mt. Pleasant ya sus invitados.
Ropa: Por favor recuerde que los bai/es son eventos esco/ares y todos /os estudiantes y sus invitados deben vestirse de una manera apropiada. La administraci6n se reserva el derecho de admision.
